The commercial director of the complex, Rodrigo Rodríguez Rivas, said that of its total area of one million 250 thousand square meters, some 350 thousand are dedicated to only green areas and common areas.
It is necessary to point out that green areas not only have aesthetic values, they also fulfill important ecological functions, such as creating microclimates that cool the environment and contribute to reducing energy expenditure in fans and air conditioners in the environment.
